DLA RECEIVES 2020-2021 HONOR COUNCIL DESIGNATION FROM FLORIDA LITERACY ASSOCIATION!
Florida Literacy Association recognizes councils in the state that plan and conduct well-rounded programs of professional development and literacy projects that benefit members and the community. On May 8th, notification was received that DLA has been designated a 2020-2021 FLA Honor Council.
Thank you to 2020-2021 President Kim Chandler and President-Elect Lunetta Williams for leading the team and making this happen. Appreciation also goes out to Vice-President Rob Kelly who gathered documentation and submitted the application for the award.
The biggest thank you goes to our members who actively support DLA's mission with their time and resources. We are so proud! Congratulations to all!
